for everyone

26 January 2008. This is Part 2 of our church's free Medical-Dental missions in our community (Sampaloc, Manila). We praise God for the many volunteers and the many patients we were able to minister to that day.

I intentionally took these shots in monochrome, in camera, using a Nikon D40 and a 70-200 f2.8 VR. Mostly shot using ambient light at ISO 1600 and lens fully opened. Very minimal post processing done. Enjoy.

The dainy feet reminds me of the old, old painting of the virgin Mary and the child minus the tiny sleepers, . Well, that painting reminds of the baby Jesus in his mother's arms and both of them seem to be very much engross at a subject as there gaze prove so and they seem not to notice that one pair of Jesus's shoe is slipping away., hanging about to fall from the tiny dainty,,feet.Whatever the message of that artist about Jesus, the tiny dainty feet intrigues me.Is it the mother's warmth or plain and simple they both were eager to be present of their call.
